Glacier’s management team comprises professionals from leading Wall Street firms and real estate investment funds who bring a diversity of expertise under one roof including equity investments, lending, capital markets, deal structuring and asset management.
Adam’s main responsibilities at Glacier include underwriting, investment structuring, due diligence, and construction project oversight. Adam also supports capital markets and investor relations efforts at the firm.
Prior to joining Glacier, Adam worked at Related Fund Management, where he was part of an investment team underwriting and structuring preferred equity investments nationwide in multifamily assets for investments by separate account and dedicated fund vehicles. Prior to Related, Adam worked at Format Real Estate Ventures and Aspen Capital, where he was part of entrepreneurial efforts building real estate equity portfolios across multifamily, office, and retail assets across the east coast of the US.
Earlier in his career, Adam spent time at J.P. Morgan Private Bank advising high net worth clients on investment portfolios and leading fund raising efforts for private placement opportunities.
Adam received his MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, a BBA degree from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and earned a CFA charter.
Associate, Asset Management
Adam's main responsibilities include underwriting, asset management and loan servicing.
Prior to joining Glacier, Adam was an Asset and Project Manager at Choice New York Companies, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and financial performance of 15 Properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Adam accumulated significant knowledge in property acquisitions and financing transactions, reviewing offering plans and overseeing commercial and residential co-op and condo boards. Previously, Adam worked at top financial communication firms Prosek Partners and Makovsky, where his portfolio included top financial institutional clients in real estate acquisitions, banking, fintech, and management consulting. Prior to Prosek, Adam was a project team consultant at Goldman Sachs, where he liaised with prime brokerage and hedge fund clients on the regulatory reform team.
Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Strategy from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
Managing Director, Real Estate Development & Origination
Chris has an accomplished background and experience in real estate, financial services and trading. For the past 20 years Chris has focused on developments in New York City and has worked on over 30 different projects totaling over 1 million square feet and ranging from brownstone renovations to a 34 story ground-up residential tower. Chris’ current responsibilities at Glacier include sourcing investment opportunities, and managing development projects through completion.
Previously Chris was an institutional equity trader at Goldman Sachs and Valores Finamex International. He was primarily involved with institutional sales and trading in Latin American Equities and Foreign Exchange. He actively traded a $100 million proprietary trading portfolio as well as managed and cultivated institutional accounts that held in excess of $500 billion in assets under management.
Chris attended Columbia University with a concentration in economics and Polytechnic University with a concentration in electrical engineering.
Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer
Ido is responsible for all financial aspects at Glacier; including financial reporting, accounting, systems, HR and all other back-office operations for the Glacier's platforms.
Prior to Glacier, Ido was Executive Vice President of Finance for Shuster Development LLC and Ronen Real Estate Fund, a vertically integrated firm that performs development, construction, real estate brokerage, asset and property management for residential buildings. Ido was involved in the financing, investment and development of multifamily, office, hotel and real estate transactions for over a decade while there and handled all operational and financial functions. He served as the CFO and Vice President of Operations for SGS International, Ltd., a European group investing in real estate in the New York Metropolitan area. Overall, throughout his career, Ido oversaw real estate investments in excess of $850 million.
Ido received a Master’s in Business Administration, cum laude, from The college of Management, Israel, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, summa cum laude, with a specialization in IT from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya, Israel.
Jonathan is a real estate investment professional with over 10 years of experience in real estate equity investments and lending. At Glacier Jonathan is responsible for guiding strategic direction, managing the investment process, performing asset management, and interfacing with the various participants in the industry.
In addition Jonathan is a principal in his family investment firm, GPC Partners, a multi-strategy real estate firm focused primarily in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. The company controls a portfolio of over $650 million of real estate assets.
Jonathan started at Glacier as a Vice President responsible for deal origination, structuring and underwriting. He began his career at Paulson & Co, Inc., one of country's largest hedge fund with over $35 billion of asset under management during his tenture. At Paulson, Jonathan helped manage a multi-billion portfolio.
Jonathan received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Director, Capital Markets
Robert focuses on capital markets and investor relations functions working with partners, investors and lenders on all aspects of the business. Prior to Glacier Robert served as Managing Partner at Hiiro Capital, an Israeli investment consulting firm raising funds, and advising real estate owners, developers and investors. Robert advised private equity firms in various geographies and asset classes raising more than $500 million in debt financing and more than $400 million in equity investments for real estate projects. Prior to Hiiro, Robert practiced law for over 20 years in Israel with a focus on commercial and real-estate law, drafting and negotiating agreements and legal opinions, and served as Legal Counsel to a variety of companies.
Robert received his BA in economics and business management from Bar-Ilan University, and law degree from Tel-Aviv University.
Yaniv is the founder of Glacier and is responsible for the company's strategic direction and oversees the company's investments and day-to-day management functions. Yaniv has over 25 years of real estate experience; 11 years at Glacier building the firm's equity investment and debt platforms, and 13 years in real estate investment banking with leading Wall Street firms where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting, pricing, securitizing and syndicating over $16 billion of commercial real estate loans and equity transactions.
Prior to Glacier, Yaniv was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns / JP Morgan Chase, responsible for structuring and closing over $2 billion real estate debt and equity transactions for institutional clientele. Prior to Bear Stearns, Yaniv was a Managing Director and Head of the CMBS Capital Markets Group for the US at EuroHypo AG. In that capacity, Yaniv built a large loan CMBS group and oversaw the structuring, pricing, securitization and syndication functions and served on the bank’s investment committee. Yaniv designed and implemented risk-control measures, standardized underwriting and pricing models and structured over $4 billion of real estate loans.
Other positions held by Yaniv included Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, PaineWebber/UBS, and Daiwa Securities. Prior to his banking career, Yaniv worked as a real estate consultant at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal real estate consulting group, advising real estate owners, operators, and investment banks.
Yaniv is a member of the CRE Finance Council, was a guest lecturer at Columbia University, a speaker at the Mezzanine Debt industry conference, authored an article on Urban Time Sharing, and was a recipient of the YJP NYC Real Estate Entrepreneur & Achievement Award in 2013. Yaniv is YPO board member and serves on the board of directors of the Cornell University Pillsbury Institute, SG Blocks, Nuchas, and non-for-profit organizations including ArtsWestchester, and the White Plains BID. Yaniv is also involved with other philanthropic organizations including AIPAC, White Plains Hospital, and American Friends of Rabin Medical Center (AFRMC), among others.
Yaniv received a BS degree in real estate finance from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
