Glacier originated a $9,500,000 mezzanine loan which was used to acquire the property and provide funds for tenant improvements and leasing commissions. Glacier acquired (at loan closing) a $13,000,000 mezzanine loan which was part of a re-financing of the portfolio. The funds will provide the borrower with the resources to complete the lease-up and stabilization of the portfolio following COVID-related disruptions.
